IMPORTANT NOTICE:All Aerobics Classes will be cancelled over the bank holiday weekend on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th April. Classes will resume from 6th April as normal. The centre will remain open during normal operating times.
New for January 2010 the Health & Fitness centre will be investing over 12k extending the fitness suite. This will see the development of an Easy Line suite.
Easy Line from Technogym is a brand new concept to gym training. This brand new equipment is based around circuit training, but also gives the client the benefit from toning without weights. That’s right no weights. The machines works using the latest technology from the formula one racing world. It uses gas cylinders to control the resistance so the harder you work the harder the resistance. So you decide the work load. Also the unique design means no more having to set seat heights and levels. The machines mould to the exact body shape off the user. Easy Line is exclusive to the health and fitness centre as no other centre in the local area has this equipment installed.
Early in February 2010 I hope to be running dedicated lady only sessions and class based circuits to be added to the aerobic timetable. We will also be offering pay-as-you-go from £3.50 per session also a dedicated Easy Line Membership starting from £21 per month. Keep a lookout for further information.
