Ashton on Mersey Health and Fitness Centre provides a number of outstanding new facilties and top of the range gym equipment to help obtain a healthy life style.

The gym equipment is provided by Techno Gym. This top of the range equipment is very user friendly and assists greatly in achieving your goals at the gym. You can purchase a Wellness Key once you become a member and this key stores all your personal training data, enabling you to monitor your progress for each training session.

The centre has two large Sports Halls that can be used for many sports like Indoor Football, Basketball, Badminton and Trampolining. We have a fully equipped gym supplied with the lastest Techno Gym equipment and a free weights and stretching area. A challenging Climbing Wall is available which can be enjoyed by both adults and children. Changing Rooms are provided with secure lockers, toilets, showers and also vanity areas. If you would just like to relax you can visit our Sauna and Steam Rooms.

There are also a number of Conference Rooms available for hire equipped with PC's, DVD players, Projectors and White Boards. For further information regarding these rooms please contact the centre.

Free car parking is provided at the centre and is monitored by CCTV for customer security.
