Sports Injuries

• You may have injured yourself through sporting activity.
• An initial consultation/assessment will determine the injury.
• An appropriate course of treatment will be recommended.
• This will include Ultrasound and Sports Massage.
• Initial Consultation/Assessment one hour.
• It doesn't have to be sports related to make an appointment.
 
Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation after injury will help aid the recovery back to full fitness.
This will include Stretching and Strengthening on the injured area.
